01. Support Period

Our support period is 30 days from the date your order is placed. All claims must be submitted within this timeframe to receive support.

02. Claims

If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 30 days of your order date.

If more than 30 days have passed, unfortunately, the support period has expired and we will no longer be able to assist.

03. Return & Refund Policy

Return Eligibility:

  • Your return must be requested within the 30-day support period.

  • Products must be unused, in the original condition, and in the original packaging.

Important Notes:

  • We currently do not provide return shipping labels.

  • We cannot process returns without a valid return tracking number.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding approval or rejection:

  • Approved Refunds: Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.
  • Rejected Refunds: Used or tested products cannot be refunded. Items will be returned to you.

Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund within 15 business days, please contact support@sleepycotton.com.

04. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.


We cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages without tracking information.

05. Order Cancellation

Due to rising online scams, we do not accept order cancellation requests.

  • Once your order is placed, it will ship as originally scheduled.

  • If you decide you do not need the product, you may return it following our return process.

06. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription anytime by logging into your account.

Important:

  • Cancel at least 5 days before your next renewal date to prevent the next order from processing.

  • Canceling a subscription does not cancel an already processed order.

If you would like to return a processed subscription order, please follow our return process.

07. Altering Your Order

Once an order is placed, we’re unable to make any changes. Your package will ship exactly as originally scheduled.

We cannot:

  • Change the shipping address

  • Adjust product quantities

  • Add or remove items from the order

When placing your order, please be sure to:

  • Confirm your shipping address (including apartment/suite number if applicable)

  • Double-check the quantity and product selections

  • Apply any discount codes before finalizing checkout

If you need to return a product after receiving it, please follow our return process.

Other Important Policies

Damaged Delivery

If your package arrives damaged, please:

Once reviewed, we will ship a replacement package.

Wrong Product Received

If you receive the wrong product:

We’ll review and ship the correct product once confirmed.

Lost Package Claims

Although rare, if your package goes missing:

  1. Contact support@sleepycotton.com within 5 business days.

  2. Complete the Lost Package Claim form.

  3. Provide your USPS or UPS claim number.

Lost Package Policy:

  • No refunds will be issued for lost packages.

  • Approved lost package claims will receive a gift card (equal to your original order total).

  • No replacement package will be sent.

  • When placing your reorder with the gift card, we can double-check your address and add specific delivery instructions if needed.
