1. Wet: Wet the dog's face with warm water.
2. Lather & Massage: Squeeze an appropriate amount, rub palms together to create foam, then gently massage around the eyes, mouth, and beard.
3. Rinse: Rinse gently using cupped hands or a cup instead of a strong shower head. Be careful not to get foam in the eyes.
